On this earth school, karma and karmic lessons are an integral part of the learning. We must accumulate karma purposefully in order to have a storyline in order to learn lessons and to grow and eventually move on from here to another school. So, after accumulating the karmic debt, it is important we pay back the debt in order to fully complete the lesson.
Karma is used as a tool to pay into or subtract out of the storyline. There is nothing, which is given or happens to us from another which is free or without consequences. It is either something that is owed to us or something our soul will be paying back at another time. All debts are required to be paid back before we are balanced and can graduate from this earth school. Karmic debts are collected and paid back in a myriad of ways… not only the direct and obvious ways. The complicated karmic system adds deep levels to the learning and makes for a more interesting time on the planet and in school.
Judging actions of others and ourselves, as good and bad, keeps us unaware of the deeper reality and that we are in an illusion or dream. Nothing is ever as it seems on the surface. How do we know when karma is being newly made or when it is being paid back? When we realize we are in a school we become more serious about our lessons. We surrender and no longer resist doing the work before us. At this stage, we are soul tired and desire to stay focused so we can graduate.
As seekers we transcends the desire to continue seeking when the dream and trance is seen. When awakened from the dream our desires and goals are shattered because we were chasing a dream within the dream. Awakened seeing brings us a sweet stillness and a contented joy to the moment. Seeing the illusion is the secret to inner peace. The seer also becomes part of the secret and goes unnoticed in the world. The seer is still and quiet, while everything else is busy going up and down and round and round.
I remember being a child in the sixties and hearing of the Broadway musical Stop The World I Want To Get Off. Thou small, I was profoundly moved by this title. It shouted volumes to me of what it was to be an adult living in the world. It reminded me of being a hamster in a cage, on a wheel going round and round. I am grateful I can see and know the dream and have stepped off the wheel. The world keeps spinning and weaving the story. It seems to be getting more and more bizarre each day. Gun ownership seems to be taking us into a Wild West reality. “If you don’t have a gun for protection then you will not be safe.” What a dark times we are living in. The ride can be a nightmare for sensitives. The innocent joy fades fast when we are forced to conform as adults and face the harsh worldly lessons before us.
Unless you are completely ready and done with drama, getting off the ride can be boring and you will find yourself getting back on until your lessons are complete. For some, drama makes them feel alive and they are not ready to give it up. Deep peace and stillness is preferred to drama by the beings who have stepped off the ride. These beings are not “blissed out”, living in Nirvana or paradise, but they are at peace. All conflict in their lives are not entirely at an end. This is not how it works. The illusionary dream is still all around them, so they interact in the illusion to some degree, while they continue to be on earth. While here, even thou their assigned lessons are over, they continue to learn because this is what a being of light does. The learning never ends. The difference for them interacting in the illusion is they see the dream and therefore are not attached to the dream nor do they desire to be fulfilled by it in anyway shape or form for they know it is not real.
Inner peace originates from their soul and higher self. There is nothing here the ego can take credit for. When the soul chooses peace and light and all the lessons are completed, the earth story is over… no more drama for lessons. Thou it might seem there is no longer a reason to be here, a being might continue to stay and serve others before the soul chooses to return to the higher dimensions. And then it will be time for the soul to begin a new chapter in another time and place far, far away from earth.
Stop the world… the story is finished! Lets enjoy the ride while it lasts…
“We are One not two. We are that which is dreaming the dream and that which is the dream. We are whole together and not to be separated; for neither Is To Be without the other. When we know this divine marriage of Oneness the dreamer has awakened to Self!
Knowing all that we are can be an awakening at a new level. When Higher Self awakens to itself it becomes eternal. The material and immaterial become One… the internal with the external or inside with the outside… all are One and the same and all eternally infinite. This then is Infinite Living!”
Life can seem uncertain and disconcerting with its constant change and unknown factors. During these times of extremes of economy, racial and religious fighting and natural disasters one can only wonder if the earth will ever know true peace? Perhaps it is more about individual peace first and always than collective peace. Might peace be a position of accepting “what is” from one moment to the next and allowing life to be as it is without judging it as good or bad? What is the source for this insightful understanding, which helps one to be so allowing? Perhaps it is the Source itself moving within you and without you… the thing that is constant and has no beginning and no end.
There is something that is alive everywhere, so much so, that it can seem hidden from view. Some call this thing Consciousness or Source or God. It peers out from all eyes, seeing and sensing, breathing all breaths, thinking all thoughts and speaking all words. When we become quiet we can dissolve into the stillness to know it is us. Do you think peace can be found any other way? There is refuge in that which is infinite.
May we be accepting of all things, and realize that which is the Source this thing we call our life.
